$38,000-$43,000 (based on degree). Free Housing, Utilities & Meals Provided while school is in session. Relocation Assistance Available for those moving to Hot Springs.

Residential Experience Coordinator:

Mentor and support approximately 35 high-achieving high school students (grades 10-12). Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive residential environment that fosters leadership, life skills, and personal growth. Develop and implement a Student Development Curriculum focused on life skills, leadership, and engagement. Coordinate campus programming, student center operations, and student activities in collaboration with student life staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required (master's in student affairs, higher education, counseling, social work, or related field preferred). At least one year of experience in residence life, student affairs, or youth mentorship. Strong interpersonal communication skills and passion for working with students.
