In this construction-related role, you'll ensure the property is structurally sound, clean, and compliant with local codes while coordinating small repairs and basic improvement projects. You'll perform routine inspections, handle minor fixes, and work with Mosaic's team or subcontractors for larger work. You'll also support residents' daily living routines, document issues, and respond to household emergencies, maintaining a secure, respectful shared living space. Responsibilities Maintain a safe, clean, and functional shared living home in Tucson Coordinate basic repairs and small construction projects with Mosaic Contractors Conduct regular home safety inspections and address hazards promptly Support residents with daily living routines within agreed guidelines Maintain logs of maintenance, incidents, and resident-related information Ensure compliance with local housing, safety, and building standards Communicate effectively with supervisors, residents, and vendors Respond to basic household emergencies and arrange professional help as needed Required Skills Residential construction knowledge Caregiving and supervision Home safety and risk assessment Basic carpentry and repairs Household maintenance Project scheduling and coordination Recordkeeping and documentation Compliance with local housing codes First aid and emergency response Communication with clients and contractors
