In this role, you will provide direct support to residents, promote positive behavioral health, and foster a sense of community. Your energetic approach will help residents overcome challenges, develop life skills, and achieve their personal goals. Responsibilities Supervise daily activities of residents, ensuring safety and adherence to community guidelines Assist with intake processes, including documentation and initial assessments for new residents Provide crisis intervention and conflict management to de-escalate tense situations effectively Support residents with medication administration, behavioral management, and case management needs Facilitate engaging group activities that promote social skills, mental health stability, and community involvement Maintain resident confidentiality while documenting incidents, progress notes, and service plans accurately using Microsoft Office tools Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care plans Skills Supervising experience in residential or community settings with high-risk populations Strong childcare knowledge and experience working with youth or underserved communities Proficiency in security protocols, manual handling, first aid, CPR, and crisis intervention techniques Expertise in addiction counseling, behavioral health support, conflict management, and de-escalation techniques Excellent communication and writing skills for effective client communication and documentation Familiarity with working with individuals experiencing homelessness or mental health conditions Ability to manage data entry, filing systems, and medication administration accurately Experience working with culturally diverse communities and supporting clients with substance use disorders or high-risk needs This role is ideal for compassionate professionals eager to empower residents through supportive care while developing their expertise in social work and community services. $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
