Residential Roof Salesman Over here at GPAC we are actively working with a reputable residential roofing company looking to add a sales member to their team. They recently experienced their lead salesman retiring and need a residential roof salesman to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects, and to help them continue to experience the growth they are used to. Their values are a BIG part of who they are so they really take care of their employees. They have a full team of Projects Managers, estimators, salesman, and Laborers. - Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.
- Using the necessary phone and field selling skills to sell our products and services to our customers.
- Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
- Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.
- Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.
- Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort. Residential Roof Sales Experience Required
- 2+ years of roofing sales experience - preferably in residential but commercial experience can be applicable as well
- Experience with Residential Roofing materials and techniques
- Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions
- Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player Benefits/Compensation for a Residential Roofing Salesman
