With a strong project backlog and a reputation for delivering high-quality finishes, they offer an opportunity to join a collaborative team during an exciting period of growth. Job Description
  • Manage multiple ground-up luxury residential projects through all construction phases
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
  • Proven background delivering ground-up custom home projects
  • Experience with high-end finishes and luxury residential builds
  • Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from
