With a strong project backlog and a reputation for delivering high-quality finishes, they offer an opportunity to join a collaborative team during an exciting period of growth. Job Description
- Manage multiple ground-up luxury residential projects through all construction phases
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Monitor project performance to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence

- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
- Proven background delivering ground-up custom home projects
- Experience with high-end finishes and luxury residential builds
- Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills
