Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or appliances during deep cleans or move-in/move-out services. Maintain the cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and specialized floor care methods. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools efficiently to maximize productivity. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service while managing time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks. Qualifications Prior experience in residential housekeeping or custodial work is preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work experience is advantageous. Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and implement sanitation standards consistently. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple homes. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work activities required for comprehensive cleaning projects. Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any special requests professionally.
