Part-time 6:00 AM - 2:00PM Weekend Warrior (Part-time)

Your Role:

Resident Assistant As a Resident Assistant , you'll play a vital role in ensuring the care, comfort, and overall well-being of each resident in our community. You'll also need a working knowledge of assisted living operations and compliance, a genuine passion for working with seniors, and the ability to lead by example as a strong team member.

Essential Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living : bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, transferring, ambulation, and medication management Promote and support resident participation in exercise and community activities Help with meal service including dining room setup, serving, and mealtime assistance Assist with cleaning of dining areas as needed Practice and promote safety , reporting all accidents, injuries, and changes in resident health to appropriate leadership Complete all required training per state and community policy Maintain up-to-date certifications (if applicable) Perform other duties as requested by your supervisor

Communication & Documentation:

Review and document daily in the community's Daily Log Complete and maintain records in the Resident Service Book and other required areas

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong organizational and time management skills A caring, compassionate attitude and a true concern for others Flexibility with scheduling and the ability to respond during emergencies or after hours Sound judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in

English Pay:
