Job Description

The Arc Nature Coast has full-time, part-time and PRN positions available at our Spring Hill group home.
Shifts needed:
FT overnights Sunday, Tues, Weds PT Sat and Sun 2-10p PT Mon, Tues and Weds 2-10p Occasional fill-in shifts may also be available. We also hire PRN (On-Call) Residential Associates for all locations in Hernando and Pasco Counties. The Residential Associate provides daily direct care support services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) in a small home-like residential setting. This includes, but is not limited to, training & coaching in socialization, personal hygiene, homemaking, and daily living skills.
Requirements Include:
Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with IDD or a related field of nursing / education / social / behavioral / rehabilitative services High school diploma or GED Clean driving record and Valid Florida driver license Pass background screenings•We do local, state and federal background checks, drug screening and driver record checks.
