Are you ready to make a difference: The Live-in Case Worker for the CERS program in a live-in setting is responsible for supporting participants' health, safety, and service access within the assigned CERS residential program. S/he will coordinate residential intake activities, maintain resident awareness and facility security, respond to participant needs in accordance with agency policy and procedures, and provide on-site coverage and availability as assigned. A High School Diploma plus experience working with vulnerable populations preferred. In lieu of experience staff must successfully complete Volunteers of America of Florida Resident Manager/Peer Recovery Specialist or Behavioral Health Technician training program or Current active certification preferred. Administrative self-sufficiency including basic computer skills. Ability to respond effectively in emergencies. Ability to work 30 hours weekly with scheduled shifts Sunday through Saturday.
