Overview We're looking for a dependable, motivated person to join our local residential construction team for the long haul. This is a hands-on position working directly with our superintendents and company leadership across multiple active job sites across the treasure valley. You'll do a little bit of everything: job-site labor, punch-list and quality-control work, site maintenance, material pickup and delivery, cleanup, minor repairs, and whatever else needs to get done to keep our projects moving. You should be comfortable working inside and outside, in crawl spaces, getting dirty, using basic hand and power tools, and working on your own when needed. Every day is different, and priorities can change quickly, so we need someone who is dependable, can think on their feet, solve problems, and get things done without needing constant direction. You need to be reliable, hardworking, mechanically inclined, organized, and have your life together. We do not tolerate drama. You don't need to know everything about construction—we can teach the right person—you do need to show up, work hard, take pride in what you do, take care of business and be willing to learn. This is intended to be a long-term position for someone who wants to grow with the company, learn the residential construction business, and build a career—not just have a job for a year or two.
