Overview Are you a night owl looking to make a meaningful impact? Join Chestnut Health Systems as a Residential Technician (Overnight) at our Bloomington, IL location. In this role, you'll help create a safe, supportive environment for individuals in residential treatment while gaining valuable experience in behavioral health. Pay Range:
The anticipated starting pay for this position is $15.00 - $16.00 per hour, with additional shift differential for overnight hours.Schedule:
10:30 pm - 7 am, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday Chestnut Health Systems™ is a leading provider of integrated health care services. We provide fully integrated care for all our patients by combining behavioral health care services with our community-based primary care health centers. Chestnut also conducts research and training throughout the U.S.A. Responsibilities- Monitor and support clients in residential treatment to ensure a safe and structured environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the unit, including following food safety standards
- Assist clients with daily living activities and routines
- Supervise and engage clients in recreational and leisure activities
- Accurately document attendance, services provided, and progress notes in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support client care and program operations
- Promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, emphasizing respect, empowerment, and wellness Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic computer skills and ability to use an electronic medical record (EMR)
