This role is ideal for experienced clinicians ready to advance into mental health leadership, program management, and supervision. Role Overview The Assistant Director provides clinical leadership, program oversight, and staff supervision for residential mental health programs, ensuring recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and compliant care delivery .
