Job Description

2nd shift 30 hours $20.10 The Direct Support Person- Residential Activities provides individuals with developmental disabilities meaningful opportunities for community access, engagement, and skill development. This position works closely with Residential coordinators to plan, organize, and facilitate outings and activities for individuals in the residential program. In addition, the Direct Support Person- Residential Activities supports individuals through training and active treatment aligned with their individualized service plans. This includes implementing formalized programming to address identified needs, goals, and objectives, as well as providing informal support and guidence as appropriate to promote independance and quality of life.
