Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Resident Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment, and assisting with property management tasks. This paid position offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the well-being of our residents while developing valuable skills in property and community management. This position is seeking someone that can work 7a-3p every other weekend and 1-2 days during the week. There is an opportunity for additional PRN hours as well. Duties Provide exceptional resident care by assisting residents with their daily activities, inquiries, and concerns. Transport residents to in-town appointments Assist charge nurse in taking vitals Provide shower assistance Provide meal reminders Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written, and electronic communications. Follow established infection control policies and procedures.
