Job Description

The Windsor of Savoy in Savoy, Illinois is looking for a Resident Service Assistant (RSA) to join our team! In this rewarding role, you'll help our assisted living and memory care residents with daily activities, provide personal care, and ensure their comfort and safety while working alongside a supportive and dedicated team.
Schedules:
Day Shift, 6:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Every other Saturday & Sunday or Every Sunday Approximately 16 hours per 2-week pay period (Not benefit eligible) Must be able to work every other weekend or every Sunday and; Have open availability/flexibility to pick up additional PRN shifts when requested Pay Range (DOE): $16.64 - $27.18
What You'll Do:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal/activity reminders Help residents prepare for appointments, outings, and transportation in a timely manner Respond to resident calls promptly and assist in emergencies as needed Monitor and document vital signs and other health-related tasks Act as a mentor to new RSAs, helping to train and guide team members Foster a warm, caring environment for residents and families
What We're Looking For:
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or 1 year of caregiving experience Ability to perform vital sign checks, blood glucose monitoring, and other care procedures (training available!) Compassionate, positive attitude with a passion for helping older adults Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team CPR/BLS and Food Handler certifications (or the ability to obtain within 30 days) Must be able to pass preemployment screening. Our pre-employment screening includes a physical, TB test and drug screen
