Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License Must have maintained a valid driver's license for at least 6 months Must have an insured and reliable vehicle Must be willing and able to transport individuals served to appointments, community activities, employment, and other program-related destinations Must pass a driver screening and background check What You'll Do Support adults receiving mental health services in a residential setting Assist individuals in developing independent living skills Help individuals achieve personal, vocational, and recovery-oriented goals Support community integration, social activities, and recreational opportunities Assist with appointments, transportation, shopping, and daily living activities Promote wellness, recovery, self-advocacy, and personal choice Maintain a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment Work as part of a collaborative team focused on person-centered care Preferred Experience Experience in mental health, psychiatric rehabilitation, human services, healthcare, or a related field preferred Experience supporting adults with mental health challenges strongly preferred Experience working in residential, community-based, or recovery-oriented programs preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills A passion for helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life Why Join Vinfen?
