Job Description

Premiere Staffing is currently looking for a Recovery Specialist The Recovery Specialist works within the Agency's team model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among co-workers. They assist women and families in need of substance abuse treatment by providing the education and support needed to establish a clean and sober way of independent living. They work in direct contact with families by overseeing phase work and daily milieu.
Qualifications:
Experience with issues of substance abuse preferred. Experience working with residential groups preferred. High School Diploma/BA preferred. Valid driver's license. Skills Able to react to change productively and to handle other tasks assigned due to changing environment. Ability to form and sustain constructive, health producing relationships with. Ability to motivate, coordinate, and supervise others in order to maintain order and therapeutic environment of program. Ability to structure and organize job responsibilities in order to work independently. Ability to oversee all aspects of housekeeping in order to maintain safe, healthy environment. Ability to problem-solve. Good verbal and written communication skills.. Busy residential treatment program for 25 women, 5 pregnant or postpartum and up to 5 children 0-12 momths old. Continous client contact with freinterruptions occur. Client transport required.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 24.0 per week
