Jobs › Holyoke, MA › Assistant Director-Residential Western Mass Training Consortium Assistant Director-Residential Holyoke, MA Apply Assistant Director-Residential The Assistant Director-Residential is responsible for overseeing a portion of the Home & Community Connections program, supporting up to 20 individuals living in a variety of residential settings. This position provides leadership, supervision, program development, and operational management while ensuring quality services, health and safety, and compliance with agency and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include staff supervision, on-call responsibilities, direct care support, program planning, and fostering inclusive communities where individuals experience belonging, choice, and independence. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt, in-person position based in downtown Holyoke.
