$3k Make a difference every day. We're looking for compassionate, reliable Residential Counselors to support adults with mental health challenges in a community residential setting. In this role, you'll help individuals build independent living skills, achieve personal goals, and thrive in a safe, supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide direct support with daily living skills and individualized treatment goals. Build positive, person-centered relationships with residents. Administer medications (MAP certified or willing to obtain certification). Support residents during crises using trauma-informed and recovery-oriented approaches. Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe home. Complete required documentation and collaborate with the clinical team. Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred. Experience in human services, behavioral health, or a related field is preferred. Valid driver's license for 6+ months, reliable transportation, and a safe driving record required. Must be at least 21 years old. CPR and First Aid certification required within two weeks of hire; MAP certification required within 150 days.
