New Hire Bonus Qualifications:
Minimum of high school degree or GED. Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is required. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Ability to lift and support body weight of any program individual with the assistance of another employee. Availability to cover open shifts as necessary. Ability to work efficiently and independently without direct supervision or colleagues present. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a willingness to use an agency vehicle during employment. Must meet Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) background check requirements Background checks, driving record evaluations, and fingerprinting will be conducted. First Aid certification is required
