Applicants who do not meet ALL requirements will not be considered. Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License Must have maintained a valid driver's license for at least 6 months Must have an insured and reliable vehicle Must be willing and able to transport individuals served to appointments, jobs, community activities, and other program-related destinations Must pass a driver screening and background check What You'll Do Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting Help individuals build independence, confidence, and daily living skills Assist with appointments, shopping, recreational activities, and community outings Promote self-advocacy, personal choice, and community inclusion Maintain a safe, welcoming, and supportive home environment Work alongside a dedicated team focused on helping individuals achieve their goals Preferred Experience Experience in human services, healthcare, developmental disabilities, or a related field preferred Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred Candidates with experience supporting non-verbal individuals who use alternative forms of communication are strongly encouraged to apply Experience helping non-verbal individuals build communication skills, independence, and meaningful community connections is highly preferred Experience in high-intensity residential programs is a plus Why Join Vinfen? 30 hours per week with Full-Time Benefits Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package Friendly, supportive, and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for career growth and advancement Meaningful work that makes a real difference every day The opportunity to help individuals live fuller, more independent lives Apply today and start a rewarding career helping others thrive.
