Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration.Key responsibilities include:
Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents' needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation.What You Bring:
High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.). Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency. Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.Bonus :
