Flexible hours, includes evenings and weekends as needed UBCSS is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Program Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Residential Rehabilitation program. This position provides hands-on operational oversight and support to residential staff across multiple shifts, including overnight coverage. Support the day-to-day functioning of residential apartments. Monitor residential locations to ensure they remain safe, clean, and appropriately maintained. Identify and address operational concerns in a timely manner. Assist with maintaining consistent program standards across all shifts. Staff Support & Scheduling Assist with developing and maintaining staff schedules. Provide guidance and support to residential staff as needed. Help address staffing needs and coverage issues across multiple shifts. Communicate important information and program updates to staff. Support consistent implementation of program policies and procedures. Resident & Treatment Team Collaboration Maintain effective communication with residents and respond appropriately to their needs and concerns. Collaborate with the program's treatment team to support resident goals and continuity of care. Promote a positive, respectful, and recovery-focused residential environment. Assist with resolving concerns and coordinating appropriate follow-up. Administrative & Operational Support Maintain accurate documentation and records. Assist with monitoring program activities and identifying areas for improvement. Communicate operational concerns to program leadership. Balance multiple priorities while responding to the needs of the residential program. What We're Looking For Qualified candidates must have: Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, mental health, psychology, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of mental health experience. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Previous supervisory experience . Experience working in a residential behavioral health setting . Experience coordinating staff schedules or overseeing residential operations. Familiarity with electronic documentation and behavioral health records.
