Are you passionate about supporting adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting? Join Meritus Health as a Residential Care Associate and become a vital part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to safety, compassion, and growth. Position Overview As a Residential Care Associate, you'll provide direct care to children and adolescents in a structured, supportive environment. You'll facilitate therapeutic groups, recreational activities, and help residents navigate daily life with dignity and respect. What You'll Do Ensure resident safety and well-being through active supervision and documentation Lead and support therapeutic and recreational group activities Transport residents to appointments and community outings Collaborate with treatment teams and communicate relevant updates Intervene appropriately using behavior management techniques Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights What We're Looking For Minimum age: 21 High school diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's in human services preferred Experience with adolescents in residential care is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Ability to complete required training, background checks, and CPR certification Physical Requirements Active role with standing, walking, and occasional bending On-site presence required Ability to communicate clearly and use a computer regularly Ready to make a difference?
