- Lead, coach, and motivate residential staff.
- Oversee daily dorm operations and staff coverage.
- Mentor students and support their retention, success, and program completion.
- Promote positive behavior while maintaining structure and accountability.
- Address student and staff concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, secure, and welcoming residential environment.
- Partner with other departments to support student achievement.
- Oversee staff training, documentation, supplies, and maintenance needs.?? What We're Looking For

- Experience supervising or developing staff.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Job Corps or related program experience required.
- Valid in-state Driver's License preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable working in an active residential environment and supporting students and staff.
