Qualifications:

Experience working with a vulnerable population/ within a residential group home or community day program for adults. Valid driver's license and clean driving record Personal vehicle and willing to use it on the assignment

• Active CPR and First Aid certification DDA + Mandt training Ability to pass a criminal background check High school diploma/

GED Responsibilities:

Assist with ADL's based on individuals specific needs including personal care and personal support Support and implement activities for clients Transporting clients for duration of the shift Provide overall companionship and support for disabled individuals Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner Properly completing all MAR's for the clients Provide supervision and protective oversight of assigned individuals ensure their safety and well-being
