This Full-time position provides vital support in a dynamic environment that promotes independence and well-being. As a Residential Assistant, you will be the compassionate caregiver and reliable advocate, ensuring residents receive personalized care while fostering a safe, respectful, and engaging community.

Responsibilities:

Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements while encouraging independence in meal choices and eating habits. Maintain a clean and safe living environment through regular cleaning duties and adherence to health protocols. Document daily activities, incidents, and care provided, ensuring clear communication among team members and compliance with regulatory standards. Drive residents to appointments and errands when required, ensuring safe transportation practices. Provide job coaching and employment support to residents, assisting them in developing workplace skills, building confidence, and maintaining successful employment while fostering independence and active participation in the community workforce.

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

Pay:

$15.00 - $15.50 per hour
