Position Summary The Resident Assistant provides direct, hands-on support to residents by assisting with activities of daily living and promoting comfort, safety, and emotional well-being. Working closely with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team, the Resident Assistant helps create a respectful, supportive environment that enhances each resident's quality of life.
