PRN Resident Assistant Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is looking for compassionate and dependable Resident Assistants to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis . As a Resident Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our residents with their daily needs while helping create a welcoming, comfortable, and engaging community. What You'll Do Provide compassionate assistance and support to residents with daily activities Assist residents with personal care and mobility as needed Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Support residents with meals and other daily routines Build positive relationships with residents and their families Observe and report changes in residents' condition or needs Work closely with nursing and senior living team members Provide exceptional customer service and promote resident dignity and independence What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with older adults Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Previous senior living, caregiving, healthcare, or customer service experience is a plus PRN availability and flexibility to work various shifts as needed At Continental Senior Communities, we live by our
