Summary We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Resident Care Coordinator to join our team at Chester Street Residence. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality daily care and support to our residents, enhancing their quality of life while ensuring their health and safety. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and assistance to residents in daily activities. Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions. Assist with long-term care plans and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes in condition. Support residents with mobility and heavy lifting as needed. Engage with residents socially to promote mental well-being.
