Overview Join our dedicated team as a Residential Assistant in our Semi-Independent Living Program, where your energy and compassion will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with diverse needs. This full-time role offers flexible hours, allowing you to provide vital support in a dynamic environment that promotes independence and well-being. As a Residential Assistant, you will be the compassionate caregiver and reliable advocate, ensuring residents receive personalized care while fostering a safe, respectful, and engaging community. Responsibilities Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements while encouraging independence in meal choices and eating habits. Maintain a clean and safe living environment through regular cleaning duties and adherence to health protocols. Document daily activities, incidents, and care provided, ensuring clear communication among team members and compliance with regulatory standards. Drive residents to appointments/errands when required, ensuring safe transportation practices.
Pay:
$15.50 - $16.00 per hour
