Diagnose and resolve issues with CNC units, assembly lines, automated systems, conveyors, and presses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help achieve collective production and maintenance objectives. Contribute to equipment configuration adjustments and support ongoing process optimization efforts. Ensure a secure workplace by strictly adhering to all safety protocols, including electrical safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures. Execute scheduled preventive maintenance, necessary corrective repairs, and system enhancements. Maintain precise records of work orders, equipment downtime, and maintenance activities. Utilize aerial lifts and forklifts to support operational requirements. Engage in waste reduction and lean manufacturing activities to improve plant efficiency. Provide support for general plant operations and assist with various maintenance-related projects. Professional Requirements Essential Competencies Demonstrate deep expertise in mechanical, lubrication, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Possess the ability to analyze and utilize electrical schematics and technical diagrams. Apply skills in arc or MIG welding along with the use of cutting torches. Utilize your background in diagnosing and fixing industrial manufacturing machinery. Work autonomously with limited oversight to complete assigned tasks. Familiarity with environmental and quality standards in a manufacturing setting is a plus. Basic experience with PLC diagnostics is considered an asset. Educational Background Completion of a GED or High School Diploma is mandatory. Vocational or technical certification is highly desirable. Work History At least five years of experience in a plant or industrial maintenance environment is preferred.
