Hours- Part-time or Full-time Available Shift
- Day Shift 6:45am
- 3pm and Evening Shift 3pm
- 11pm available! Pay Range

Shift Differentials- $1 per hour for evening shift 401(k) Match Sick Time Vacation Time Floating Holidays DailyPay Resident Assistant Job Objective(s): The Resident Assistant is responsible for providing hands-on care, both physical and emotional, as outlined in each resident's service agreement.
Resident Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence. Provide residents with both physical and emotional support. Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement The Resident Assistant observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager. Interactwith residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate. Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.Qualifications:
Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred) Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred) Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests. Day Shift 6:45am- 3pm and Evening Shift 3pm
