Job Description

TotalCare Assisted Living is seeking dedicated, dependable, and compassionate Resident Assistants/Caregivers to join our growing team. We have Full-Time and Float Positions available at our assisted living communities in New Hope, Golden Valley, and Robbinsdale. Available Shifts Day Shift:
7:00 AM - 3:00
PM Evening Shift:
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Weekend availability as needed Responsibilities As a Resident Assistant, you will: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with medication reminders as directed. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Support residents during meals and activities. Follow individualized care plans and facility policies. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Ensure resident dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
