Morning Shift 6am
  • 2:15pm, Evening Shift 2pm
  • 10:15pm, and Overnight Shift 10pm
  • 6:15am Available

$18

Full-time Employees Resident Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence. Provide residents with both physical and emotional support. Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement The Resident Assistant observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to case manager. Interactwith residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate. Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.
Resident Assistant Qualifications:
6 months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence preferred but not required. Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred but not required. Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests.
