Job Overview:

Join our team as a Resident Assistant where you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living facility. As a Resident Assistant, you will assist residents with daily living activities, promote their independence, and ensure their well-being in a compassionate and respectful manner.

Duties:

• Provide direct support to residents in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Respect and uphold resident rights while maintaining their dignity and privacy
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure individualized care plans are implemented effectively
• Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs to enhance their quality of life
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care activities and observations

Requirements:

• Experience in Home community care, Assisted living, or similar settings is advantageous
• Knowledge of memory care principles and practices is a plus
• Proficiency in direct support techniques and caregiving skills
