RA's work to maintain a safe and supportive environment, assisting with planned activities, supportive check-ins, and additional coverage as needed.
Location:
Asheville, NC Schedule:
Wednesday - Saturday 3 - 11 pm

Salary:
$17.00 per hour and increases based on experience
Responsibilities:
Provides relationship-oriented coaching and support to residents and attaining their goals Assures the health and safety of resident and responds immediately to concerns and completes check-ins Participates and encourages participation of residents in recreational, social, and cultural activities Facilitates spontaneous social experiences for residents who are not participating in scheduled activities Supports residents with room cleaning and helps out in general with the cleaning of common areas of the building Transports residents to scheduled appointments as needed Is a first responder for on-call services in the evening hours Responsible for documentation for assigned residents
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience working with individuals whose lives are impeded by mental illness 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record to be on organization's auto insurance CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
