This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the residential construction process, collaborating with skilled professionals to ensure quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. As a key contributor, you will help coordinate various phases of home building, support team efforts, and uphold industry standards to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities Assist in coordinating the construction and finishing of residential homes, ensuring timely progress and adherence to safety protocols Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve on-site issues promptly Support the management of project schedules, materials procurement, and quality control inspections Engage with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and build strong rapport throughout the building process Maintain organized documentation of project activities, change orders, and compliance records using industry-standard management systems Participate in team meetings to review project milestones, safety procedures, and industry best practices Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations Skills Strong negotiation skills to coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients effectively Knowledge of marketing principles to promote company services and build client relationships Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clientele Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, scheduling, and communication purposes Experience and understanding, In La foundation and framing, coordinating electrical and plumbing work.
