Job Description The Assistant Project Manager will: Support construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout Assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination activities Maintain communication with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders Participate in preconstruction meetings and assist with project documentation Support estimating, bidding, and procurement efforts Coordinate material purchasing, deliveries, and vendor communications Track project schedules and help identify potential risks or delays Assist with subcontractor coordination, scope reviews, and contract documentation Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance Prepare meeting notes, reports, change orders, and project records Support project financial tracking and cost-control initiatives Assist with punch list completion, project turnover, and closeout documentation Work closely with company leadership to develop project management skills and industry knowledge MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
