A Residential Assistant or Advisor works in a residential mental health, long-term care, or substance abuse treatment facility and provides support for patients, including resolving conflicts, helping them adjust to their environment, and alleviating concerns. Performs inspections and assists with move-ins and facility programming.
Two Home Comfort Advisor seats are open in a proven, producing territory — established homeowner base, established lead flow, established earnings. Seats like these don't open often, and they don't stay open long. Here's the part that separates this role from every other sales job on this board: no cold calling. Your appointments come from technician-generated leads and inbound calls from homeowners who already know and trust the Isaac name — a name that's been in Twin Tiers homes since 1945. You don't knock doors. You don't buy lists. You walk into homes where the door is already open, sit down at the kitchen table, understand what the homeowner actually needs, and close with integrity. This is not a boiler room. Isaac sells on a soft-close, integrity-first model — no pressure tactics, no gimmicks. In a community like ours, your reputation follows you from one kitchen table to the next, and Isaac's model is built for exactly that. Average tickets run around $10,000, and top performers here earn multiples of the $200K ceiling most companies pretend to offer.
YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR SUCCESS IN CONSULTATIVE, HIGH-TICKET SALES
This role pays for performance, and we hire for demonstrated performance. We're looking for proven top producers — reps who earned six figures, or who were at the top of the board in a comp structure that capped what top performance could pay. Either way, you'll be able to show it.
YOU MUST
Be a verifiable top producer — six-figure sales earnings, or top-of-the-board performance where the comp plan capped your ceiling Have prior success selling directly to consumers in their homes — or in comparable high-ticket, consultative sales Be able to walk a homeowner from assessment to customized recommendation to a signed agreement — in one visit when the fit is right Sell with integrity — a soft-close style that earns the sale rather than pressures it Be comfortable in a blue-collar market — real conversations with real people about real money Live in or within commuting distance of the Twin Tiers (Big Flats, Elmira, Horseheads, Corning, Bath) Hold a valid driver's license — this is a field-based, in-home role
YOU SHOULD
Have HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home-services sales experience — but we will train the right closer on product Come from an adjacent high-ticket in-home industry — solar, roofing, windows, remodeling, home improvement Have a hands-on background — many of our best advisors worked trades, played competitive sports, or built things before they sold things Want a career, not a landing spot — our best people are still here years later
WHAT ISAAC PUTS BEHIND YOU
Company-provided leads — technician-generated and inbound. No cold calling, no door knocking, no buying your own pipeline Ongoing, world-class Sandler Sales training — a professional selling system that sharpens your craft for the rest of your career, on Isaac's dime Isaac University — structured, hands-on product and technical training that makes you a true home-comfort expert, not just a rep with a price book A brand homeowners already trust — serving New York since 1945, BBB International Torch Award winner $80K-$200K+ earning range, performance-based — if your current comp plan caps you at $75-$80K no matter how well you sell, this is the ceiling coming off 401(k) with profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, paid training A full operations team behind every sale — you sell it, Isaac installs and services it right
DO NOT APPLY IF
You cannot point to a track record of top-tier sales performance — this bar is firm You are an order-taker waiting for the customer to close themselves You rely on pressure tactics — the hard close does not survive in this community or this company You live outside commuting range of the Twin Tiers and are not relocating You are looking for a bridge job until something else comes along
