Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support residents with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care strategies Engage residents in social activities, recreational programs, and group outings to promote mental stimulation and community involvement Maintain detailed documentation of resident care activities, behavioral observations, and incident reports Uphold residents' rights by respecting their dignity, privacy, and individual preferences at all times Proven assisted living or long-term care experience with seniors Strong knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's disease, memory care techniques, and behavior management strategies Competency medication administration Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with resident's rights policies and safe patient handling standards Join us in delivering compassionate care that enhances the lives of our residents!
