Resident Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team. As a Resident Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to residents in our facility. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need.

Duties:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Help residents with mobility and transfers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents

Skills:

• Knowledge of assisted living systems and procedures
• Experience in memory care or home care settings is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
