Resident assistants help with transporting residents, passing trays, light housekeeping, filling water pitchers, going with residents to appointments, and helping where needed with non-hands-on care. The ideal candidate has an interest in caring for others and has worked in a long-term care nursing facility or a Assisted Living facility.
