Duties:
- Provide direct support and care to residents in a home care setting
- Assist residents with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management
- Drive residents to appointments and outings as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and independence
- Collaborate with social workers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for residents
- Lift and transfer residents using proper lifting techniques and assistive devices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily routines and documentation systems
