We have several exciting new opportunities for an Assisted Living Resident Assistant (RA) . Our beautiful 240-acre campus is one of the largest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the United States. St. Leonard features independent living, assisted living, dementia care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, adult day care, a community wellness center encompassing a fitness center, and a restaurant.

12
Hour Shifts Pay Range:
$16.00 - $19.00/hr.

Annual Merit Increases Job Responsibilities:
Performs activities related to the nursing care needs of residents. Maintains effective communication with residents, families, staff, and physicians. Documents in accordance with nursing policies and procedures. Responds to resident needs with appropriate interventions. Performs activities related to medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
