Job Description

Provide peer mentoring and support for students in the Clark Inclusive Scholars Program.

Career Readiness Competencies :

Access & Opportunity Professionalism Technology Participate in assigned training and professional development related to the Clark Inclusive Scholars Program. Serve as a peer mentor by maintaining regular communication (phone, email, or in person) with assigned students to assist with transition to college life. Develop positive working relationships with Clark Inclusive Scholars Program advisors, faculty, and staff. Adhere to University policies, including the Student Code of Conduct and Community Living Standards (if applicable). Must be a full-time undergraduate student. Must have and maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA. Must not be on Residential, Academic, or University Conduct Probation. Ability to communicate effectively about the college transition process. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and ability to serve as a positive role model for other students.
