Duties Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance Monitor vital signs and observe for any changes in residents' health or behavior Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being Help with, feeding, and maintaining a clean, safe environment within the care setting Ability to perform first aid and respond effectively to emergencies Familiarity with vital signs monitoring Strong caregiving skills with experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, residents, and families Join us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents!
