Bachelor's Degree Range:
$17.20/hr to $23.66/hr based on qualifying education and experience Plus, there are always opportunities for advancement and career growth within Oriana House. What You'll Do As a Resident Supervisor, you'll be an important part of the day-to-day operation of the facility. You'll interact directly with clients while helping ensure safety, accountability, and compliance with program expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising and supporting clients during daily activities, recreation, visitation, meals, and facility routines Maintaining an active presence throughout common and residential areas Monitoring and documenting client whereabouts according to established procedures Helping maintain a safe, professional, and structured environment Completing client intakes and other scheduled program activities Conducting facility and dorm searches, pat-downs, and safety checks as required Conducting alcohol testing and collecting urine specimens in accordance with established procedures Participating in emergency and safety drills Following and consistently enforcing agency and program policies and procedures Communicating professionally with clients, coworkers, and outside contacts
What We're Looking For Required:
Must be able to obtain and maintain federal clearance from the Federal Bureau of Prisons. High School Diploma or GED Valid Ohio driver's license Driving record that meets Agency insurance requirements Ability to work effectively with coworkers, outside contacts, and a diverse client population Ability to maintain professional boundaries and follow established policies and procedures Preferred, but not required: Associate's Degree in a human services-related field Previous experience in human services, behavioral health, corrections, security, residential services, or a related setting Benefits for Full-Time Employees We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you both at work and outside of work, including: Medical insurance
