Job Description

We are seeking energetic Residential Treatment Specialist on 2nd shift (4:00pm-12:30am) and 3rd shift (12:00am - 8:30am) up to 32 hour a week. Applicants must be have availability to work rotating weekends or at least one day each weekend. Job Duties This is an interactive position with clients. Provides supervision of client activities, assuring client compliance with facility rules and procedures. Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment by providing direct supervision to clients Assists clients with development of daily living skills. Supervises, monitors and records client medication. Provides security for client and facility. Monitors safety procedures regarding facility use and client activity. Assisting clients with light housekeeping duties including, but not limited to, emptying waste baskets, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning the restrooms. Requirements A High School education or GED and previous volunteer or work experience in a behavioral health treatment setting, healthcare or educational equivalent . Ability to obtain CDCA within 2 years, obtain CPR/First Aid certificate within 1 year of hire This position requires a background check and drug screen prior to hire.

From $16.00 per hour
