Job Description

Company Overview Safehouse Residential Services is a dedicated non-profit organization that operates a Children's Residential Center in Ohio. Since 2005, we have provided a safe and nurturing environment for children placed by County Children Services and Juvenile Court, ensuring their well-being and development. Summary We are seeking a House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our youth residential homes. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe, organized, and supportive environment for our youth. This position will play an integral part in maintaining daily routines, keeping the house clean, and assisting with crisis prevention. The schedule for this position will be 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week. • Due to our company size, we are unable to offer health benefits at this time Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the residential home to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Transporting to and from daily activities on campus; groups, mealtime, etc. Administering meds to youth, will train on our med passing procedures. Requirements Proven experience in organizational roles or management preferred.
